When making a reservation the cardholder agrees that their card also guarantees to pay for any costs incurred due to damage, loss, theft or for contravening the No-Smoking policy. A minimum of £50 will be charged to your card.
Lost Keys
A charge of £50 will be deducted from your card if keys are lost or taken home. If returned within 7 days you will be reimbursed minus 10%. This covers the cost for changing locks and keys (room and front door).
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a guests stay with us if we deem them to be disorderly, under the influence of drugs or they disturb other guests enjoyment. This means the booking will be cancelled with immediate effect and no refund will be given.
On making a reservation a non refundable deposit is required unless a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice is given. If a cancellation is made within 7 days you will be charged a minimum of the first night’s stay.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, cheques with bankers cards and postal orders. |
